Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of our dispatch date. Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain authorisation from us by emailing info@jane-carr.com. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel and a print out of your returns authorisation email. Any returned items that are not accompanied by the official documentation will not be accepted. Please note that items must be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. In addition, items must be returned in their original, undamaged JANE CARR box or canvas tote as this is considered part of the product. We are unable to accept merchandise that is not received in the above specified conditions. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.
The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was worn or used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For complete peace of mind you could consider sending the goods Recorded Delivery, but we regret we cannot refund this charge. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customerĂs responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.
