- Our delivery partner DHL, is following government guidelines and operating contact-free delivery.

- Merchandise that clients have interacted with will be set aside before being restocked. Packaging is disposed and all accepted returns undergo a wait period before being restocked.

- All our orders are hand-wrapped in our signature packaging and can be personalised with a special note, so perfect for gifting the loved ones who you're not able to see right now.
